These terms apply to the game Silicon Spin and the website siliconspin.it, provided by Atman Studio ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game, or using the site, you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on your own devices for non-commercial use. The game, its art, music, text and code remain the property of Atman Studio and its licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
What you may not do
- copy, resell, rent or redistribute the game or its assets, except as allowed by the platform you got it from
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game to extract its code or assets, except where law allows it
- use the game in any unlawful way
Streaming, videos and reviews of the game are welcome.
Purchases and refunds
The game is sold through third-party stores (Steam, Google Play, App Store). Prices, payment, taxes and refunds are governed by the store's terms. A free demo may be available. Consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature. The game may contain bugs. Your save is stored on your device and, where available, in platform cloud saves; we recommend keeping a backup and we cannot guarantee it will never be lost or corrupted.
No warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor your mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
