Reporting a bug
Please include:
- platform (Steam on Windows / macOS / Linux, Android, iOS) and device model
- game version (shown in the game, currently 0.5.x)
- what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead
- a screenshot or short video if you can
Your save file
Progress is saved automatically on your device in a file called savegame.json. On Steam it is also synced through Steam Cloud. Location on desktop:
- Windows:
%APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Silicon Spin - macOS:
~/Library/Application Support/Godot/app_userdata/Silicon Spin - Linux:
~/.local/share/godot/app_userdata/Silicon Spin
To start over, close the game and delete that file. Back it up first if you might want your progress later. On Android and iOS the save lives in the app data: uninstalling the game removes it.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by the store you bought from (Steam, Google Play, App Store), so refunds go through them under their policies. Write to us if something is wrong with the game and we will help.
